Privacy policy

We keep what you enter at checkout — name, email, mobile number, shipping and billing address, and a GSTIN if you give one — together with what you ordered. We use it to fulfil the order, send you its confirmation and tracking emails, issue the GST invoice and deal with returns or warranty. Tax law requires us to keep invoice records.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay, not to us; we receive only the payment's reference and status.

An account stores your name, email, a hashed password (we cannot read it) and the addresses you save. You do not need an account to order. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

• The courier that delivers your order gets your name, address and phone number.
• Razorpay processes your payment.
• Amazon Web Services sends our order and account emails.

We count page views ourselves, in our own database — no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. For each page view we record the page, the site that linked you here, your device type and country, and an anonymous number worked out from your IP address and browser. That number changes every day, is not stored with your IP address, and is not linked to your order or account.

To switch it off for your browser, open any page with ?fd_analytics=off added to the address.

• Your cart, so it is still there when you come back.
• Your sign-in, if you have an account.
• Your analytics opt-out, if you set one.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to [email protected]. We will act on it except where the law requires us to keep a record, such as invoices.
