Warranty

Faults in materials or assembly that show up in normal use within 6 months of delivery: a component that fails on its own, a bad solder joint from our line, a connector that was fitted wrong. We repair the board or replace it with the same product.

• Crash damage and physical damage of any kind.
• Water, moisture and corrosion.
• Over-voltage, reverse polarity and short circuits in the build.
• Damage from soldering — lifted pads, bridged pins, overheated parts.
• Boards that were modified or repaired by someone else.

Send your order number and a description of the fault — photos or a short video help — on WhatsApp or to [email protected]. Many problems turn out to be wiring or configuration, and we will help you check those first.

If the board needs to come back, you ship it to our workshop in Gurugram and we send the repaired or replacement board back to you. Boards that turn out to be outside the warranty can usually still be repaired — we will quote before doing any work.
