Shipping

Pre-orders are dispatched from end of November 2026, in the order they were placed. If an order has more than one product, it ships together once everything in it is ready.

If our date moves, we will email everyone with an open order before it does. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before your order is dispatched — see cancellation and returns.

Shipping is free on every order. The price on the product page, including GST, is the price you pay.

We ship to addresses in India only.

When your order is dispatched we email the courier name and tracking number, and the same details appear on your order page. Most PIN codes are reached within a week of dispatch.

Every parcel is dispatched from our workshop in Gurugram, Haryana.

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your order number. Please photograph damaged packaging before opening it.
